Our central purpose is to ensure prompt and efficient handling of all claims with your image and reputation in mind. We are proud of our track record of efficient servicing of this crucial aspect of our client’s policies. We provide annual claims statistics and reports.  In addition, we can provide loss trends and forecasts, which will assist you, both in implementing additional risk control measures where trends indicate the necessity, as well as assisting in determining any possible self-insurance levels and insurance program structures.

We formulate and develop a detailed breakdown of the loss, allocate each item to the correct portion that it needs to be claimed under and then submit to Insurers. We also appoint our own Adjusters who we feel are qualified for the job at hand.
